I try everyday to set goals for myself. I’ll even write them down. It goes along with my day by day approach to life. These goals might be work related, exercise achievement, nutrition or personal challenges. Now there are lazy days but when I succede it gives me a feeling of well being.

Hi, this is my journey through three remissions of cancer. In this website you will see what I indured and the things I tried to make it better. I want to hear about your cancer survival stories. I am a chef and felt I could change the way I cooked with natural food and my thinking of what is really nutritional. My challenge is to make it simple and taste great.
